(“Resolud”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a company registered in Finland, whose registered office is at Lapinlahdenkatu 16, 00180 Helsinki, Finland. We operate GetItGo, a mobile application which gives you the ability to gain rewards from companies by performing walking or running quests measured by tracking your location. To do this, we need information about you. In this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), references to “you” means any person accessing, downloading or otherwise using our Service. Protecting your privacy is important to us. We only use your information where we have a legal basis to do so. This Privacy Policy will help you understand what information we collect, how we use it and what choices you have when you use the Service. 

1. Who decides how your information is used?

Resolud Ltd is the data controller responsible for making decisions about how we use your personal information. If you have any questions about our data collection practices or this privacy policy, please contact us at contact@resolud.io. 

2. The information we collect about you and how we use it

This Privacy Policy covers our use of any information that can or could be used to identify you ("Personal Data"). It does not cover information, which cannot be used to identify you ("Anonymous Data"). 

3. Essential Data Processing

We need to collect and use certain Personal Data to provide the Service to you:

    a. Location data

To enable you to use our service for obtaining in-game rewards, we need access to your location data. This is only done with your separate consent. Granting the consent enables the core functionalities of the Service. We do not send any location data to our server, and only store relevant information on your device. The processing of the above information is necessary for providing you with the Service. In addition, we have and rely on a legitimate interest in using your Personal Data to make legal or regulatory disclosures and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. 

4. Who we share information with

We will not share any Personal Data that we have collected from or regarding you except as described below: 

    a. Information Shared with Public authorities

We may share your data with public authorities, such as law enforcement, if we are legally required to do so or if we need to protect our rights or the rights of third parties. 

    b. Information Disclosed in Connection with Business Transactions

Information that we collect from our users, including Personal Data, is a business asset. If we are acquired by a third party as a result of a transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale or if our assets are acquired by a third party in the event we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, some or all of our assets, including your Personal Data, will be disclosed or transferred to a third party acquirer in connection with the transaction subject to applicable data protection laws. 

5. How long we will keep your Personal Data

We keep your Personal Data for as long as we need to provide the Service to you and fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. This is also the case for anyone who carries out services on our behalf. When we no longer need to use your Personal Data and there is no need for us to keep it to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, we will either remove it from our systems or anonymize it so that it can no longer be associated with you. When removing Personal Data, we will take commercially reasonable and technically feasible measures to make said Personal Data irrecoverable or irreproducible. 

6. Your rights and choices

You may be entitled:
- to obtain access to information on the processing of your personal data
- to object to certain processing of your personal data
- to request data portability, and to have your personal data rectified, deleted, or otherwise restricted in terms of processing

in each case as permitted under applicable law and subject to certain exemptions under applicable law. You may also be entitled to withdraw any consent given with effect for the future with respect to the processing of your personal data. Should you wish to exercise these rights, we ask you to send a request via email to our customer service at contact@resolud.io. If you are not satisfied with our response or believe that your personal data is not being processed in accordance with the law, you also may contact or lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority or seek other remedies under applicable law. However, we highly encourage you to work with us in good faith and contact us first.

7. Age Limitation

Our service is made available only to users 18 years old and older.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Any Personal Data that we collect is covered by the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected. We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. You will be given reasonable notice of any material change.
